Pick Aircon Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15429200), based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. We provide air conditioning installation and maintenance services. For the purposes of UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we are the "data controller" of the personal information you give us.

When you use our website or contact us, we may collect:

• Details about your project that you choose to share with us

We only collect information you give us directly — for example when you fill in our quote request form, call us, or email us.

• Respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
• Arrange site visits, installations and maintenance work
• Keep records of the work we have carried out for you
• Meet our legal and tax obligations

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months if work does not go ahead. If we carry out work for you, we keep your details for as long as needed to provide ongoing service and to meet legal and tax requirements (usually up to 7 years).

Your information is stored securely using our website and email providers, who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
